The 169th Infantry Division was a Germanian Mechanized Division during the Second World War and participated in the Invasion of Eylstadt.
Background[]
In the Anime the 169th was tasked with seizing the town of Coenenburg during the Invasion of Eylstadt. The 169th was stopped short after meeting stiff resistance from the Eylstadt army, before the Division had enough time press their offensive they were defeated when Izetta joined the battle. Later they were attacked by her as part of series of retaliatory raids on Germanian forces.

The 169th Infantry Division was a Wehrmacht Mechanized Division during the Second World War. It was formed in 1939 and took part in Operation Fall Gelb or the invasion of France.being transferred to Finnish Lapland in 1941. The division was part of the German XXXVI Corps which took part in Operation Barbarossa.
During 1944 the division withdrew back to Norway, It was later transferred to Germany where it fought out the final few weeks of the war.
